Each stone is unique, there are shades of green and some have patterns whereas some stones are more translucent. If you have a preference, just let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

Will I receive the exact item shown? Will my item look like the picture?

All items that are in the 'one of a kind' section will be the exact item shown. Everything else will look very similar, if not identical to the photos shown. In the description, you will see 'you will receive the exact item shown" if it is a one-of-a-kind crystal or item. I take all my own photographs of my actual inventory and never use stock photos.

What if it breaks?

You don't pay for broken items. I package everything super carefully, but if something does arrive broken, just send me a picture of the broken items and package and don't throw anything away. I also ensure all of my shipments, so I will file a claim and you will be given a full refund. See our policies for more information.
