Super Moon Sound Bath!

Please join Victoria Birch Vandeplas for a 60-minute Reiki charged sound bath on the evening of the Harvest Supermoon. The celestial tones of Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, the cosmic vibrations of the gong and other ancient sound healing instruments will take you on an inner journey of deep relaxation and healing and help you Integrate the powerful energy of this moon.
No prior experience is necessary. You will simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing vibrations wash over you. The instruments are specifically chosen for their ability to help clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace and well-being, supporting the body’s natural self-healing capacity.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and/or blankets and a pillow to create a cozy nest for lying down relaxation and a bottle of water to hydrate after. If you prefer to sit, chairs are available. Please let us know in advance.
