This is a unique Celestite crystal specimen with clean, watery blue crystals. The formation of this piece is unusual, as it has some long spears of Celestite instead of the classic druse. It almost looks like it has several different shapes occurring in one geode. Neat!
A higher grade piece, this Celestite geode has a wonderful blue druse, transparency and minimal rockiness. This little geode is wonderful for holding during meditation or just to admire up close.
You will receive the exact Celestite crystal shown. CEL-0073

Celestite is best used as a focal point of meditation, prayer, or mindfulness. This stone does very well as a visual piece in private space used for mindfulness practices.
Celestite is a mineral composed of strontium sulfate (SrSO4). Its name is derived from Latin word Caelestis, meaning "celestial", which was inspired by the crystals’ well-known shades of sky blue. This mineral can occur in geodes as crystals. Celestite can also occur as fibers in sedimentary rock: river, streams, and ocean beds. The crystals are also often found growing alongside Gypsum, Anhydrite and Halite.
