A vibrant, rare mineral specimen, Edenite from Tanzania. The lighter pink crystals are Edenite and the darker red is likely Piedmontite. Found at Mautia Hill in the Dodoma Region of Tanzania. You will receive the exact Edenite specimen shown. Edenite can take on many colors, but the pink variety is a collectible favorite. I first came across this mineral in Tucson and purchased it just because I liked the name, not knowing it was a fairly rare mineral and this was an excellent example of the desirable pink color.
