This is a large pink Calcite specimen hailing from the Empire State Zinc Corp. Mine in Balmat, New York. This mine has become famous for its one of a kind pink Calcite specimens. This is a larger piece, with purple banding running through the middle. Textured. A totally natural piece with no polishing. These specimens will continue to go up in value over time as there is a limited amount being pulled from the mine.
