This listing is for one Rhodonite worry stone with lovely pink color and black markings. Each stone is unique but they all have a smooth finish and have been hand carved and polished into a rounded shape that is comfortable to hold. Rhodonite is a stone of love and physical and emotional strength.

Rhodonite was first discovered in the Ural Mountains of Russia in the 1790s. The local villagers called it 'the Eagle Stone' after noticing eagles in the region carried small pieces of Rhodonite to their nests. Locals began placing small pieces of the stone in babies’ cribs, in hopes their children would grow as strong and free as the great eagle.
Rhodonite is also known as Peach Blossom Jade, Vermilion Jade, or Pink Marble and Ruby Spar.
Rhodonite is a stone of relief, comfort, love and gentle encouragement. It is thought that Rhodonite is helpful in dealing with sudden emotional changes or traumas. At the same time, Rhodonite is considered to have one of the most lasting effects on the heart (& heart chakra), in terms of healing wounds and nurturing love.
Rhodonite is thought to calm nerves and ease ‘jitters’ or restlessness. In general, the color pink has a soothing and uplifting effect on the mind.
